The 2008 theme for Catholic Schools Week is “Catholic Schools Light the Way.” This is evident everyday at STM as parents, students, administrators, faculty, and staff work together to form a dynamic and faith-filled learning community. Along with parents who are the primary educators of their children, the faculty and staff of STM is privileged to partner with parents to provide an education that is faith-based as well as academically structured to challenge the unique learning styles of individual students.

Prayer, Catholic tradition, social justice, and gospel messages are woven into the curriculum as we seek to develop students who not only recognize and value their own God-given gifts and talents, but also the unique gifts and talents of others. At St. Thomas More, the nurturing of the mental, physical, and spiritual needs of each student is imperative to developing a lifelong learner and Christian role model who makes a positive impact on the global community.
