Financial Aid and Scholarships

Tuition assistance is available for qualified families. The assessment of need is performed by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Families applying for tuition assistance will need to complete an online application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS by March 1st (failure to apply by March 1st may limit the assistance awarded due to availability of funds). This documentation includes:

    • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all tax schedules
    • Copies of the W-2 forms for you and your spouse
    • Copies of supporting documentation for all income including Social Security, Welfare Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers Compensation, and TANF
    • $40 fee – This is a one-time non-refundable application fee per family.

Financial aid is offered without regard to race or ethnic origin. All information provided by families is held in the strictest confidence.

Grace Scholarships

Georgia Residents Assisting Children’s Education (GRACE) Scholars, Inc. provides scholarships to children from families with financial need. Any resident (Catholic or non-Catholic) entering a Catholic school for the first time from a Georgia public school, or a child eligible to enter Kindergarten or first grade, is eligible for a GRACE Scholarship.

Applicants must complete an online financial aid application through FACTS, that establishes need, and also a GRACE Scholars application. Both are due by March 1st. Qualifying families will be notified by GRACE Scholars of any scholarship amount awarded. Once a GRACE scholarship is awarded, the student will continue qualifying for the award, as long as the family maintains financial need and the student remains in good academic standing with the school.

Grace Scholars Application Forms

Applying for financial aid does not influence the admission decisions. Applications for financial aid are not processed until all admission decisions are made. Financial aid is not renewed automatically every year. Families who receive aid must reapply each year and establish need through FACTS Grant & Aid Service.
