Tuition and Fees

Saint Thomas More Catholic School is a warm and nurturing community inspired by Jesuit ideals and academically challenging our Pre-K through 8th grade students to achieve at their highest levels, find God in all things, and go make a difference in the world.

Below are the 2023-24 tuition rates and fees.  Tuition assistance is available for qualified families. FACTS Grants & Aid Assessment performs the assessment, and their deadline to complete the online application and submit supporting documentation is March 1st. Please see our Financial Aid and Scholarships page for information about applying for financial assistance.

Tuition Rates

The tuition rates for the 20232-24 school year are as follows:

Active Catholic Students pay $9,600*
Non Catholic students pay $13,200

*Your family’s pastor will determine annually whether your family will receive active or non-active status. Active Catholic families are those that are supporting their parish through the giving of time, talent, and treasure and attend Mass regularly.

Additional Fees

Technology Fee – This fee offsets expenditures toward the use of an iPad (K-1st) or Chromebook, its accessories, and the purchase and maintenance of apps and online resources.

K-5th: $100
6th-8th: $175

8th Grade Graduation Fee – This $200 fee per 8th grader covers their retreat, end of year field trip , graduation ceremony, and party expenses.

PreK-7th grade Re-Enrollment Fee – This non-refundable $120 fee is charged in March to automatically re-enroll all current students to secure them a spot for the next school year. 

Financial Policies for the 2023-24 School Year

  1. A non-refundable application fee of $125 is due at the time you submit your application.
  2. A non-refundable deposit of $960 is due upon acceptance; this deposit will apply towards your child’s 2023-24 tuition.
  3. Your tuition amount includes student fees, field trips, yearbooks and textbooks.

Tuition Policy

Tuition is the primary source of support for Saint Thomas More Catholic School. We expect all families to keep their tuition account current. All families are required to have a FACTS account. FACTS is the tuition management company we use to bill and collect payments for our students.

Payment Options

All families must set up a payment plan through FACTS, a tuition management system. There will be NO exceptions. FACTS is responsible for collecting all tuition and incidental charges for the school year, including all school expenses, school fundraisers, extra-curricular activities, and PTO expenses.   1. Annual payment** – You will receive a tuition discount of $150 if you pay in full by July 20, 2023. This discount is per student. You must set up your payment plan through FACTS as a single payment deducted on or before the due date of July 20, 2023. The ‘pay in full’ discount is not available to students receiving financial aid. If you have not paid your tuition in full by July 21, 2023, you will be switched to a 10 month plan.
     
  2. 10 month payment plan** – You pay your tuition over 10 months from July through April. You can select the payment date of the 1st or the 20th of every month. All incidental charges will be due on the 15th of each month.

**A credit card payment option is available, but FACTS charges a processing fee of 2.95% for all credit card payments. Automatic withdrawal will be the only means of payment accepted for monthly plans.

Failure to remit payments in a timely manner will result in administrative action. Report cards and transcripts will be held and access to FACTS will not be available until tuition payments are current or the principal approves an alternate payment plan.

 

Payment Communications

 
  • Incidental charges, such as PTO expenses, school fundraisers, Used Uniform, or Extracurricular Activity charges are communicated via email notification. You will receive the invoice for incidental charges on the last day of each month, and the charges will be debited from your bank account or credit card on the 15th of the following month.
     
  • All student billing is communicated by email to an email address you specify. Be sure to provide your current email address at the time you enroll in FACTS.
