Introduction

This a math webquest for 4th grade on dividing/ multiplying. In this webquest, students will be saving to buy an iPod nano. Have fun!





Task

Figure out how many jobs it will take you to save up for an iPod nano if you get paid $7.00 per job and iPod Nano costs about $200.00

 




Process

  1. First, estimate how many jobs you think it will take and write you answer on the worksheet
  2. Now find out exactly how much an iPod nano costs by clicking here
  3. At $7.00 per job, write down on the worksheet how many jobs will have to complete to earn enough money to pay for the nano. Hint: you will have to use division.
