Kroger shoppers can help our school by using their Kroger Plus Card at checkout time. Simply present the card and the STM letter to the cashier and 4% of the sales go to St. Thomas More School! Pike’s Nurseries. Help us receive free landscaping materials for the campus by “recycling” your Pike’s receipts. Send original receipts to the school office marked “Pike’s.” Remember to ask gardening friends and neighbors to save theirs, too. They are worth 7% of their cash value for anything Pike’s sells. What an easy way to improve our school’s landscaping efforts!

Publix shoppers can help our school by using their Publix Partners Card at checkout time. Simply present the card to the cashier and a portion of the sales go to St. Thomas More School! Commitment cards are available from the school office. Please give extra cards to family and friends and encourage them to help STM as well.

Schoolpop has created an on-line shopping mall for St. Thomas More School with over 250 top retailers participating. Just go to www.schoolpop.com, register at no cost, and select St. Thomas More School in Decatur, Georgia. Then begin shopping! Every purchase made through Schoolpop will benefit STM – at no additional cost to you or to STM! Once STM is designated and a purchase is made, the participating retailer will automatically rebate our school up to 20% of the total purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping. You can also be assured that any information you give to Schoolpop will remain secure. They do not sell or release any mailing lists – even to the other schools they serve.

SCRIP. A SCRIP order form comes home weekly with the More News. This form lists all the vendors that offer gift certificates (a.k.a., SCRIP) for sale. The vendor list includes most stores at the mall, gas stations, drug stores, toy stores, restaurants, and many others. Select the places you plan to shop and write a check to the STM PTO for the amount you plan to spend at those stores. The next week, your SCRIP comes through KidsMail, and can be “spent” at your convenience. Even though it takes a little planning to utilize SCRIP, the fundraising potential for STM is limitless. Our school earns anywhere from 2% – 20% for every dollar spent. The PTO gives 20% SCRIP profit directly to the teachers for curriculum enhancement and classroom needs.

Target If you have a Target Guest Card credit card, Target will donate 1% of your Target store and target.com purchases made on the Target Guest Card to STM. To participate, call the Target School Fundraising hotline at 1-800-316-6142 and give them your Target Guest Card account number and the school name. Let your family and friends know, too. Anyone in the country who shops with a Target Guest Card can designate STM as their Target School Fundraising Beneficiary
