Teacher Assistant
We are seeking a part-time, on-site Teacher Assistant. This role supports classroom teachers with daily instruction, classroom management, and the implementation of lesson plans across core subjects. Responsibilities include working directly with students in small groups or one-on-one, especially to reinforce concepts in literacy, mathematics, and other foundational areas. The Teacher Assistant helps prepare instructional materials, organize classroom resources, and maintain a safe, orderly, and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves supervising students during transitions, recess, and other school activities, communicating effectively with teacher and staff, and contributing positively to the school’s mission and community.
