Ready to become part of the STM family?
We are delighted you are considering STM for your child's educational home and are excited to help your family through the admissions process. This experience is designed to make sure our school is a good fit for your child and that your child will experience success at STM.
Our application for the 2025-26 school year has closed. Please contact our Admissions office for inquiries.
Step 1: online Application
Our application process begins by starting an online application. The application opens November 1st.
Step 2: complete Admissions Checklist
- Completed online Application
- Application Fee of $125 per applicant paid online (non-refundable)
- Birth Certificate (copy acceptable)
- Special Testing and Information Sheet
- Confidential Teachers Questionnaire – Emailed to current teacher
- Release of Records Form delivered to current school
Step 3: Admissions screening and Interview
Once all documentation has been received by the Admissions Office and the application fee has been paid, our Admissions Director will reach out to you to schedule an interview and admissions screening. Prospective students and parents will be interviewed, and an admissions screening is required for each applicant before a final decision is made.
Step 4: Decision Letters and Enrollment Commitments
Decision letters to our first round of applicants will be emailed on April 1, 2026. Families must respond to STM by April 15, 2026 with their enrollment commitment and non-refundable deposit.
Rolling Admissions: Saint Thomas More Catholic School is able to accept qualified applicants year-round for immediate or mid-year transfer provided there are seats available. Call or email the Admissions Office before submitting an application and for more information.
