Making an STM education possible 

Choosing a school for your child is an important decision, and we understand that tuition can be a significant part of that decision. Saint Thomas More is committed to helping families explore options that may make an STM education possible.

We offer tuition assistance for qualified families and eligible Georgia students may also qualify for the Georgia Promise Scholarship. We encourage families to explore both opportunities to determine which may apply to them.

Tuition Assistance

For families who need additional financial support, tuition assistance is available to qualified families. Financial need is assessed through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, an independent third-party service. Families interested in tuition assistance complete the FACTS application, and awards are based on demonstrated financial need and available funding. Admission decisions are made separately from tuition assistance determinations.

Apply for Tuition Assistance

Returning families applying for tuition assistance will need to complete an online application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS by March 1st.

New-to-STM families applying for tuition assistance will need to complete an online application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS by April 15th. 

Tuition assistance is offered without regard to race or ethnic origin. All information provided by families is held in the strictest confidence.

Georgia Promise Scholarship

A relatively new pathway which may make an STM education more affordable for families is the Georgia Promise Scholarship. Eligible Georgia students may qualify for up to $6,500, which can be used toward qualifying educational expenses, including private school tuition and fees. Since eligibility is based on specific state requirements, we encourage families to learn more and determine whether their student qualifies.

Georgia Special Needs Scholarship

Our school is committed to serving students with diverse learning needs and helping families access the resources necessary for success. Eligible students may qualify for Georgia’s Special Needs Scholarship (SB10), which provides families with additional educational options and funding opportunities.

The Value of an STM Education

Our graduates reflect the true value of a Saint Thomas More Catholic School education. We aspire for our students to be deeply rooted in the following ideals upon graduation.

2026-27 Tuition and Fees

Active Catholic Students pay $11,500*
Non-Catholic students pay $15,700

Tuition includes student fees, field trips, yearbooks and textbooks.

*Your family’s pastor will determine annually whether your family will receive active or non-active status. Active Catholic families are those supporting their parish through the giving of time, talent, and treasure and attend Mass regularly.

Additional Fees

Uniform Fee - All students are required to wear STM uniforms. Gently used uniforms are available throughout the year at our Used Uniform Sales. New uniforms must be purchased from one of our vendors - Flynn O'Hara or Lands' End. 

Technology Fee – This fee offsets expenditures toward the use of an iPad (K-1st) or Chromebook, its accessories, and the purchase and maintenance of apps and online resources.

• Kindergarten through 5th grade: $150
• 6th  -8th grade: $225

8th Grade Graduation Fee – This $225 fee per 8th grader covers their retreat, end of year field trip, graduation ceremony, and party expenses.

Pre-K - 7th grade Re-Enrollment Fee – A non-refundable re-enrollment fee of $150 is automatically charged to all current students to secure their spot for the next school year.
